As we are thoughtfully transitioning to an even more sustainable way of producing, we now offer PRE-ORDER for some of our capsule styles.

It is our way to avoid over-produciton and to carefully & responsibly economize our use of available ressources.

Your new items will be manufactured made to order and will be sent directly to your doorstep after arriving from Italy at our headquarters in Aachen.

We are more than happy to introduce this new way of producing.

As an additional gift to you, we offer 20% discount on all pre-ordered items.

How do I pre-order an item?

→Check our PRE ORDER section and select your favorite styles. You can now easily see which sizes are currently sold out and thus available to be manufactured made to order.

Do I have to pay in advance?

→ Yes – as this is a special service and your items are exclusively manufactured made to order.

Does the 20% discount apply automatically?

→ Yes – discounted prices show directly on the article description page after you choose your size. Herefore, take note of the remark „PRE ORDER“ following the sizes.

How long does it take to get my order?

→ Manufacturing, logistics, packing and shipping take approximately 4 weeks in total after the order was placed. Depending on our current production flow, your items may ship faster. We ship as soon as possible.

Can I return or exchange a pre-ordered item?

→ Yes – pre-ordered items can be returned or exchanged withing 14 days of receipt.
