Ordering Information

Order

In order to place an article into your shopping cart, first navigate to the desired item by clicking on the item picture. With the “size” button, you can select the size of the article and by clicking on the button “add to shopping cart”, the desired article will be added to your personal shopping cart.

For an overview of all the items added to your cart, simply click on your shopping cart, which you can find as a shopping cart symbol in the top right corner of the screen. Additionally, you can edit the items in your cart, for example change size or color of a certain article, or remove a selected item altogether. In order to do so, please click on the button “edit shopping cart”.

To complete your purchase, first navigate to your shopping cart and then click on “checkout”. You will now be guided directly to our payment page.

Size Table

Our priced clothing sizes are Italian sizes and therefore deviate from the standard German sizes. Please, take this into consideration for every order to avoid unnecessary returns. As a general guide, please use the table below to convert between Italian and German sizes.

Please note: In case your sizing falls between two sizes (clothing as well as footwear), we usually recommend the smaller size, unless otherwise stated in the article description.

Delivery

Delivery Methods

Throughout Germany, we offer DHL as delivery method. All items of delivery are insured against theft and delivery damage during the transit period. As soon as the consignment has been received and confirmed in writing, the insurance cover expires.

All orders will be processed, packaged and shipped during our business hours. The merchandise is ready for dispatch in about one day after receipt of payment.

As soon as your order is on the way, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email along with all information about your order and a DHL tracking number for the tracking of your parcel. For further information click “Shipment Tracking”.

Shipping Costs

During the ordering procedure, you can calculate the exact cost of your order to your delivery address with the cost calculator. After you have entered your delivery address, the shipping costs will be calculated automatically and shown in your order overview.
All consignments will be sent via DHL (Go Green parcel shipment).

  • Within Germany: standardized 6€ per shipment.

Shipment / Tracking

You can check your order status online any time on the DHL homepage. As soon as your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with the DHL tracking number and a link to track your order.

Packstation

Within Germany, we also deliver to packstations. Should a parcel not fit into your rented parcel box, it will be brought to a nearby post office, where it must be picked up in a timely manner.

Payment

Next to payment by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS), we also accept payment via PAYPAL and DIRECT BANK TRANSFERS.

We reserve the right to temporarily withhold certain payment methods and to refer to other payment methods.

Please note: Payments from abroad may entail additional transaction costs, which will be charged by the financial institution involved in the transaction. Should questions or problems arise, please contact the respective bank immediately.

Payment via Credit Card

With this payment method, credit card information such as expiration date, card number etc. will automatically be saved and transmitted via a secure connection, without granting access to third parties. After the payment process, no further use will be made of your provided data. An exception here is a possible retransfer of the invoice amount in case of a return or the like. This remittance is always and exclusively made to the credit card with which the payment was formerly made.

Payment via PayPal

By choosing PayPal as payment method, you will automatically be forwarded to the PayPal website. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can simply log in with your user data and authorize the payment. If you don’t have a PayPal account yet, it is possible to create an account during the payment process. For further information, please visit Paypal.com.

Instant Bank Transfer

If you choose instant bank transfer as payment method, you will automatically be forwarded to the website sofortüberweisung.de. Using your banking information, you can pay your order quickly and safely straight from your bank account. For further information, please visit sofortüberweisung.de.

Returns & Exchanges

Within Germany

Should an article you ordered not please you, you can exchange or return it within 14 days (postmark). Please note that the article must be in its original condition, i.e. unwashed and unworn. It must also be in its original packaging (footwear), and all original tags must be attached.

To correctly return one or more items, please follow the instructions below.

Step 1:

Visit our website and click the button „return” in the footnote. You will be redirected to our return portal which enables the fastest possible processing of your return order. Please enter all the required data and click on “next”. You will now receive a DHL return form which you can then print out.

Please note: If you are unable to print out the form, please send us a message via our contact form – this way we can send you the return form by mail within a few days.

Step 2:

Place the DHL return form on the outside of the package you want to send us. Please cover up any old address labels to ensure a smooth delivery of your return. At this point, with regards to recyclability, sustainability and mindfulness, we strongly request you to use the same packaging with which the item was formerly sent to you.

Step 3:

Now you can hand in your parcel at any post office you wish. Please retain the deposit receipt you will receive at the post office.

Please note: By using our return portal and the including DHL label, your return is already stamped and ready for submission.

After arrival of the returned item, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by email. As soon as we have checked the integrity of the article(s), we will refund the purchase price minus the delivery charges for the return (4€). In case of an exchange of an item to a different size, Prego will cover all costs of return. In this case, please use the return form which is included with your merchandise.

From Abroad

Should an article you ordered not please you, you can exchange or return it within 14 days (postmark). Please note that the article must be in its original condition, i.e. unwashed and unworn. It must also be in its original packaging (footwear), and all original tags must be attached.

After arrival of the returned item, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by email. As soon as we have checked the integrity of the article(s), we will refund the purchase price of the respective article(s). In case of an exchange of an item to a different size, Prego will cover all costs for the new parcel shipment. In this case, please use the return form which is included with your merchandise.

Other

  1. As part of our merchandise is (still) obtained from the stock of our warehouses in Cologne, Düsseldorf and Aachen, certain footwear may show slight traces of wear, i.e. they may have been tried on by other customers. When fitting them on stone or hardwood floor, small scrapes or dark spots on the sole are a normal result. Nonetheless, we examine each article in detail before dispatch and in case of exchange or return, we always check if the article is still in the same condition as when it left our shop. Please keep this in mind during the fitting at home.
